These terms govern your use of the VIVOS website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
You do not need to create an account to purchase from us. Orders are processed as guest transactions. Your contact and shipping details are used solely to fulfil your order.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in SEK and include applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
We ship to Sweden and select European countries. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs beyond our control.
We accept returns only in cases where goods are received damaged or defective. If your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us at alex@proto-shop.se within 14 days of receipt with a description and photograph of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
